The Aresa 18 LL is a catamaran specially designed for longline fishing. Its wide working coverage and overall coverage via a poop deck makes this vessel an ideal tool for this type of fishing. It is specially designed for working under poor weather conditions on the high seas.
Additionally, its fishing system enables the longline to be comfortably taken in and easily sunken. It is ideal for fishing hake, porgy and other rocky bottom species.
It may also be used for surface line fishing (tunids and other pelagic species) by only changing the type of fishing lines used and the device for reeling in the fishing line.
