CATAMARAN PURSE SEINER

The Aresa 18 C CAT is a catamaran designed for purse-sein fishing. Due to its great beam measuring 6.70 meters, we have a spectacular work area of 120 m2. This is ideal for this type of fishing where a large part of this surface is used up by cranes, the cable machines for purse seine, and the abundance of nets stacked and ready to be cast quickly.

It is an ideal tool for capturing any pelagic species whether they be tunids, sardines, boquerón and gilthead among many others.

It is equipped with pelagic fish detection, a communication system, PC with software for monitoring routes and fishing grounds (Maxsurf) as well as a system of surveillance cameras for different parts of the vessel.
